I made this mix over the course of an afternoon a couple weeks ago during !!!’s North American tour. The songs were culled from the huge of pool of music we’d been listening to in the van, with some older favorites of mine stirred in for flavor. It’s always exciting to me to hear how new tunes blend with classics, to find those moments of synergy when the music catapults the listener, in the words of Brüno, ‚into a place better than heaven‘.
